Mike Faherty participated in The Law Day program of the American Bar Association by speaking of a group of second grade students at Nye Elementary School in Hummelstown, Pa. The topic was Realizing the Dream – Equality for All. The kids seemed to really enjoy it..they asked alot of great questions and Mike thought the kids were just terrific and loved the experience!

Workers’ Compensation Specialist
The Pennsylvania Bar Association recently initiated a program which certifies specialists practicing in the area of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law. Attorney Joseph C. Patterson enrolled in the first class and successfully completed the requirements of certified specialists. Joe is now certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsyìvanía Bar Association Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Michael F. Faherty Provides Seminar Services for The Owners’ Counsel of America
The Owners’ Counsel of America has provided the seminar services of Attorney Michael F. Faherty to the annual national conference on Eminent Domain by the American Bar Institute. Mike serves as the Pennsylvania representative to the Owners’ Counsel. The organization is a national network of experienced eminent domain trial attorneys who assist property owners in the exercise of their constitutional rights.
